60 second Keto English Muffin

Bread without the carbs to keep you slim and reduce inflammation…out with the wheat and in with the coconut 🥥 flour

1 Tbsp butter
1/8 Teaspoon Baking powder
2 Tablespoons Coconut or Almond Flour
1 Egg

1. Melt the butter in a Ramekin or small bowl
2. Stir in the egg
3. Add the baking powder and flour and stirring with a fork
4. Flatten the batter as best as possible in the bottom of the bowl/ramekin
5. Put in the microwave for 60 seconds
6. Remove from Ramekin and cut in half to place in toaster

** I turned it into Keto French Toast and served it with bacon and Keto Maple Syrup**
